Casa carlos mexican restaurant

Right off the interstate across from Loves - great location in ease of getting on and off interstate. From the moment I stepped into this place I knew it was go big or go home. My experience could not have been better - the right music, the right furniture, the right food choices and right price! We ordered a lunch special with shrimp, chicken, rice - omg! I'm not even a rice eater and I tore it up. Food is cooked with the right seasoning and soooo flavorful. Did I mention the salsa is perfection, the white queso is very good. Service - the waitstaff were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend coming here and yes I will return very soon.
